The AIM Methodology™ has been developed out of the many years and numerous successful Identity Management deployments that we have performed.The methodology breaks a deployment into multiple phases. Each
phase of the project provides discrete deliverables, measurements of
success and leads to the next phase of the project.
The AIM Methodology can be easily adapted to meet your specific needs, such as using a standard waterfall project approach, or a phased Pilot approach. The diagram
